Local Media

The majority of papers are published in English, and include the Times of Zambia, Zambia Daily Mail and The Post.

The state-run Zambia National Broadcasting Corporation (ZNBC) operates a single-channel television service, and three radio services: multilingual Radio 1 and English-language Radio 2 and Radio 4. FM relays of BBC World Service and Radio France Internationale are on the air in Lusaka and Kitwe. Other privately owned radio stations include:
