Local Media

All newspapers are published in English, including Trinidad and Tobago Express, Newsday, The Trinidad Guardian, and the political weekly papers The Bomb, The Punch and The T'n'T Mirror.

Privately-run TV6 (owned by Caribbean Communications Network - CCN) dominates the ratings in Trinidad and Tobago, although there are a number of other television stations, including NCC TV, which is operated by National Carnival Commission, and Gayelle.

The Trinidad Broadcasting Company operates Sangeet 106.1 FM, Radio Trinidad, and others, whilst other stations include Ebony 104 (Creole music and culture), Radio 90.5 (Indian music), i95.5 FM (news and talk) and WEFM (soca, hip-hop, R&B).
