Foreigners should be cautious in Saudi Arabia; there is a continuing high threat of terrorism, including attacks against Westerners and places associated with Westerners in Saudi Arabia. Aviation interests and oil infrastructure are also possible terrorist targets. Demonstrations and political gatherings are best avoided.
