Local Media

English-language newspapers are provided by the Lima-based papers El Heraldo and Lima Post. National Spanish papers are El Comercio, El Peruano and La Republica, whilst regional papers include El Bocon (Lima), Gestion (Lima), Ojo (Lima) and Correo de Arequipa (Arequipa).

The airwaves of Peru are home to several TV services and dozens of radio stations. There is the state-owned Television Nacional de Peru and Radio Nacional, along with commercial concerns, such as television stations America TV, Andina TV, Panamericana and Frecuencia Latina, and radio networks Radio Programas de Peru (RPP), Radio Panamericana and Radio America.
