Local Media

There are several English-language monthly magazines published in North Korea, and The Pyongyang Times is also published weekly in English, French and Spanish. Korean language papers include:

• Joson Inmingun (Korean People's Army Daily)
• Minju Choson (Democratic Korea) - government publication
• Rodong Sinmun (Labour Daily) - Korean Workers' Party publication
• Rodongja Sinmum (Workers' Newspaper) - trade union federation publication

The Korean Workers' Party runs a TV station (Korean Central TV) and a radio station (Korean Central Broadcasting Station). The Voice of Korea is a state-run external radio service.
