Some of the most popular newspapers in New Zealand include the New Zealand Herald (Auckland-based), Dominion-Post (Wellington-based) and The Press (Christchurch-based).
The state-run television network Television New Zealand (TVNZ) operates TV One and entertainment-based TV 2. Private networks include Prime TV, TV 3 and Sky TV (pay-TV). Maori Television delivers the majority of its prime-time content in Maori (sometimes with sub-titles in English).
The public broadcaster, Radio New Zealand, operates 3 radio networks: National Radio, Concert FM and the AM Network. Other radio stations include:
