Local Media

The News and Mexico City Times are printed in English, and the New York Times and USA Today are also available. Spanish language newspapers include Excelsior, Reforma, La Jornada, El Universal and El Sol de Mexico.

Televisa operates four television networks and has many local affiliates, whilst TV Azteca operates two networks and local stations. Other TV networks include Once TV (Canal 11) and the government-owned cultural network: Television Metropolitana.

The state also runs Instituto Mexicano de la Radio (IMER); other radio stations include MVS Radio, Grupo ACIR, Grupo Radio Centro, Nucleo Radio Mil and Radiopolis.
