Local Media

The Daily Star and Beirut Times are published in English, whilst L'Orient-Le Jour is published in French. Arabic-language newspapers include Al-Anwar, Al-Diyar, Al-Mustaqbal, Al-Safir and An-Nahar.

The state runs a television channel (Tele-Liban), and there are a number of other TV operators including Al-Manar TV (pro-Hezbollah), Future TV and Lebanese Broadcasting Corporation (LBC) - the market leader.

The state also operates Radio Liban, and there are many commercial radio stations such as Voice of Lebanon, Radio One and Radio Delta.
