Local Media

The Jordan Times (daily), The Star (weekly) and Arab Daily are printed in English. Arabic-language papers include Al Arab al Yawm, Ad Dustour (The Constitution), Al Ghadd and Al Ra'y.

The state-run Jordan Radio and Television operates radio services in Arabic, English and French, and a number of TV channels, including the main television network Channel One, sports network Channel Two, film network Channel Three and Jordan Satellite Channel. Other radio stations are also available, such as Mood FM (pop), Radio Fann (entertainment station run by armed forces) and Play 99.6 (pop).
