Local Media

Jerusalem Post International Edition is published weekly. Israel also has many local-language papers, such as Ha'aretz, Ma'ariv and Yediot Aharonot.

Israel Broadcasting Authority operates public TV (Channel 1) and radio, including speech-based radio station Reshet Aleph, music-based Reshet Gimmel, news-based Reshet Bet and Arabic-language Reshet Dalet. Galei Zahal is the Israel Defence Forces (IDF) Radio, which broadcasts music and news to a mostly-civilian audience, and also operates traffic news and music network Galgalatz.
