Islamic beliefs should be respected. It is important to go through niceties before beginning a conversation, such as using titles when addressing people. Always request permission before photographing people; however, it is inadvisable to photograph military installations or government buildings. If unavoidable, permits can be obtained from the Ministere de l'Interieur et de la Secuite.
