- seafood with vegetables
- calaloo soup
- crabs
- lambi (conches)
- avocado ice-cream
- oil down (a combination of breadfruit, coconut milk, tumeric and a strong flavoured protein, such as saltfish, smoked herring, pickled pork or chicken)
- rice and peas
- titiri (shoals of baby fish cooked as fishcakes or served curried with rice)
The local rum and beer is excellent and is called Carib.
