The English Language paper Santo Domingo News (weekly) is published on Wednesdays and can be found in hotels. Daily Spanish -language papers include El Caribe, Hoy, El Nacional, Diario Libre and Listin Diario.

There are several terrestrial TV channels and many multichannel cable TV operators. These include:

• Corporacion Estatal de Radio y Television (CERTV) (Canal 4)
• Telemicro (Canal 5)
• Antena Latina (Canal 7) - state-owned
• Color Vision (Canal 9)
• Telesistema (Canal 11)
• Cadena de Noticias (CDN)

The government-owned Corporacion Estatal de Radio y Television (CERTV) also operates a radio station, and there are approximately 200 others (mostly commercial), such as Rumba FM.
