Local Media

The Tribune, Nassau Guardian, Freeport News and The Bahama Journal are printed daily (all in English), whilst The Punch is published twice weekly. International papers are also available, including The Daily Telegraph, The Times, USA Today and The Miami Herald.

The government-owned, commercially-run Broadcasting Corporation of the Bahamas (BCB) operates the television network - ZNS Bahamas. Cable TV is also available and provides many American programmes with some Canadian and European channels.

ZNS Bahamas (run by BCB) also operates Radio Bahamas (ZNS1), Inspiration 1240 (ZNS2), Northern Service (ZNS3) and Power 104.5. There are also a handful of private radio stations such as 100 Jamz and Love 97 FM.
