Drinking: Windsor Castle pub adjacent to campus. Breakspear good local brew.

Eating: £2-£5 for meal on campus. Windsor Castle, Light of India, Singapore Gardens good, cheap (£2-£5).

Nightlife: Many on-campus parties. Own band.

Locals: Very friendly.

Loans: Clearing banks offer low interest loans to UK students which most take up.

Jobs: All students earn money for their project work and in the summer.

Best features: The people.

Worst features: Expense of London.
